Project Coordinator [Denmark]

We are looking for a project coordinator to join us in Produce & Deliver, which is anchored in Digital, Datal & IT to join a great team responsible for the strategic direction within Produce & Deliver, in Product Supply, Supply Chain, anchored in IT. This is a good opportunity to make a difference in an international environment with an ambitious pipeline.


The position


You will be work in the Produce & Deliver area team supporting organisational development, budget management and change management where communication is key in a diverse stakeholder landscape. You will work closely together with our agile organisation in an agile release train including line of business and IT team members as well as external vendors. Your key responsibilities will fall into these primary areas:


  • Structure and deliver PMO tasks
  • Maintain organization chart and roles
  • Align budget reporting structure in the Produce & Deliver product sphera
  • Support mapping of products and stakeholders and keep it up to date
  • Create and maintain Produce & Deliver SharePoint
  • Create and maintain Produce & Deliver Teams Structure
  • Support the department/area with internal communication tasks such as Newsletters, SharePoint Sites, content for Yammer etc.

Qualifications


You come with a Master’s degree in Business, IT or another relevant field and ready to go into the Agile transformation.



We expect you to have:

  • Master’s degree in Business, IT or another relevant field and ready to go into a strategic area.
  • Service-minded and have an interest in stakeholder management.
  • Can-do attitude and like to juggle different tasks at the same time.
  • Relevant IT skills and interest (MS Office 365, incl. Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel).
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage.
  • Both written and spoken English fluency.

About the department


DD&IT PS Supply Chain Produce & Deliver is anchored within the DD&IT PS Supply Chain organisation and has 150+ employees based in Denmark and India. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support which is needed to support the Novo Nordisk production solution as well as supply chain needs worldwide.
